BRP Companies has recently revealed the first phase of The Arboretum at Farmingville, a 494,000-square-foot residential community located in Farmingville, New York. This development boasts 292 units including two-bedroom flats, lofts, townhomes and single-family houses with 30 designated for workforce housing. Monthly rents start at $3,515 for two-bedroom apartments and go up to $5,350 for three-bedroom single-family homes.
The project received support from the Brookhaven IDA and offers an array of amenities such as a fitness center,
resort-style pool area,
clubhouse and outdoor spaces including nature paths and picnic areas.
Residential leasing efforts are being managed by Greystar.
According to Michael Wentz,
president of Farmingville Hills Chamber of Commerce Inc., “The Arboretum addresses three crucial needs in Farmingville – high demand for housing in one of New York’s top school districts; promoting local sustainability through on-site infrastructure; establishing a community center that will serve as our headquarters hosting various events throughout the year.”
