"Broomfield and Loveland to Welcome Two New 300K-SF Mixed-Use Developments"

Prism Places and McWhinney have joined forces to develop two separate mixed-use commercial districts spanning 676,000 square feet across 213 acres in Broomfield and Loveland. According to Commercial Edge, both projects have secured leases with an organic grocer for stores measuring 37,000 square feet each.

The first project by AO is Avenue South, a district covering 364,000 square feet that will serve as the main business and commercial hub for Centerra – a master-planned community spread over 3,000 acres in Loveland. Construction is set to commence in November of next year with completion expected by March of 2028. Alongside the grocery store, this development will feature retail space totaling at least128
