Madison Capital and Salmar Properties have announced that Xing Fu Tang, a popular Taiwanese boba tea restaurant chain, has signed a lease for an industrial space in Brooklyn. The new facility will be located on the fourth floor of Liberty Bklyn at 850 3rd Ave and will span over 15,085 square feet. This marks Xing Fu Tang’s first standalone production location in the United States.
The Buckley Organization’s Casal San Andres represented Xing Fu Tang in this deal while Pinnacle Realty Group’s David Junik, Mark Caso, and Daniel Tack represented Liberty Bklyn.
“We are thrilled to welcome Xing Fu Tang to our community at Liberty Bklyn as they continue their expansion throughout the U.S,” said Ryan Buoye, Vice President of Madison Capital. “With its versatile infrastructure and cutting-edge technology, we believe that Liberty Bklyn is the perfect fit for Xing Fu Tang to establish a dynamic production facility that will support their growth.”
This new production site will serve as support for six existing retail locations across America with four being situated within New York City alone.
