David Energy, a clean energy provider that utilizes technology in its retail electricity services, has secured a 7,995 square-foot space on the fifth floor of 200 Varick St. in Hudson Square for a four-year lease.

The landlord, 200 Varick Street DE LHC LLC was represented by Robert Silver, Brittany Silver and Anthony Sciacca of Newmark as well as Jeffrey Gural and Rhonda Singer of GFP Real Estate. The tenant was represented by Allen Gurevich also from GFP Real Estate.

Previously located at 417 Grand St. in Brooklyn, David Energy will use this new space for their general offices as well as executive and administrative purposes. With recent funding rounds totaling $23 million dollars and rapid growth since its establishment in 2019, the company sought out a prime Manhattan address with an appealing aesthetic that aligns with their values and culture according to Rhonda Singer from GFP Real Estate.
