This medical office building spans over 173,814 square feet and currently offers a total of 53,309 square feet for lease. The property boasts convenient on-site amenities such as a café and designated patient pickup/drop-off area, ample parking options, and close proximity to various offerings in Ballston.
Brookfield is making significant upgrades to the building including lobby renovations and adding a tenant lounge as well as three medical spec suites. These improvements are expected to be completed by December 2023 for the lobby and lounge areas while the medical spec suites will be available in 2024. Notable tenants already occupying space include INOVA and Virginia Heart.
