Bromley Companies has completed the redevelopment of 122 Fifth Avenue, an 11-story mixed-use project in Union Square. The $100 million investment transformed the landmarked tower into a loft office space with upgraded amenities and infrastructure.
The building boasts a new rooftop pavilion, flexible workspaces, floor plates ranging from 27,000 to 33,000 square feet and wellness-oriented amenities targeting LEED and Fitwel certifications.
