Broe Real Estate Group has recently completed a number of deals near their home base in Cherry Creek, Denver. According to the Denver Business Journal, the firm bought an underperforming office building earlier this year and will replace it with a 12-story residential community. Additionally, two office developments are currently in progress at 200 and 250 Clayton St.
In Broe’s latest deal, they paid $225 million for Seasons of Cherry Creek – an apartment complex located at 3498 E. Ellsworth Ave., making the purchase price equal to $383,305 per unit – representing one of the largest real estate transactions ever made in Cherry Creek according to The Broe Group’s records. The three-building complex is situated on 5.2 acres with 530,575 square feet of space and contains 587 units total.. Allstate Insurance’s affiliate company Seasons Residential LLC was listed as seller for this transaction .
