Broderick Group, Inc. has added Larry Almeleh to its Seattle brokerage team, bringing more than 30 years of office leasing experience representing tenants and landlords alike.
Almeleh was previously a partner at Washington Partners prior to its sale to JLL where he served as managing director for six years. He then moved on to become managing director at Tishman Speyer’s Seattle regional office before joining Broderick Group.
At Broderick Group, Almeleh will continue focusing on the Seattle office market while growing the firm’s presence in the area. This addition further strengthens their expertise in commercial real estate and provides clients with an experienced professional who understands local markets and trends within them.
