Brixton has recently acquired a 300-unit apartment complex in Phoenix’s growing warehouse district for $82 million. The property, known as Alta Warehouse, was sold by Wood Partners and represented by a team from CBRE led by Asher Gunter.
This newly constructed community offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units with top-of-the-line amenities such as a two-story clubhouse, game room, resident library and music room, fitness center, resort-style pool area and rooftop entertainment space. Its location in Downtown Phoenix’s bustling warehouse district provides easy access to the area’s booming technology and bioscience job market as well as its vibrant collection of restaurants, galleries and music venues.
CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance expert Mark McGovern secured Brixton Capital a fixed-rate loan of $47.25 million for this acquisition – their second multifamily property in the thriving warehouse district of Downtown Phoenix.
