Maple Multi-Family Land is on the verge of finalizing a deal with the town of Frisco, paving the way for an eight-building multifamily development on land that holds historical significance.
According to reports from The Dallas Business Journal, construction could commence as early as mid-October and is projected to be completed by October 2026. The project will feature 355 residential units spread across eight three-story buildings and will offer amenities such as a pool, dog park, pond, and walking trail.
The estimated cost for this venture stands at over $64 million. Brinkmann Ranch (formerly known as Cloyce Box Ranch) spans approximately 5,500 acres and gained popularity for being featured in the iconic TV show “Dallas” as Southfork Ranch. Over time it has caught the attention of various developers like Trammell Crow Residential and Landon Development who have expressed interest in converting some parts of its vacant land into commercial or residential spaces.
This latest development marks significant progress towards transforming Brinkmann Ranch into a modern apartment complex that meets contemporary living standards without compromising its rich history.
