In 2023, Urban Outfitters announced their investment of $60 million into this fulfillment center, which is expected to generate over 750 jobs within the Kansas City industrial market over the next five years. The property was developed by VanTrust Real Estate and marketed by Colliers International. Strategically located near Interstate 49 on a sprawling 130-acre industrial park featuring three buildings.
The revamped space will serve as both dry cleaning and laundry operations while also functioning as a distribution hub for Nuuly – an exclusive clothing rental service offered by Urban Outfitters. Tenant improvements included separating an additional 400,000 square feet to allow for future operational expansion or potential tenant use.
