The mixed-use development, Jasper, in Hunter’s Point, Long Island City has recently announced three new retail leases totaling 7,600 square feet. These leases bring the total leased space to over 64% of the available 33,000 square feet ahead of its expected completion in Q1 of 2025. The tenants include Bright Start – a Queens-based early childhood development center with an interior space and outdoor courtyard spanning approximately 4,545 square feet; Club Pilates – a boutique Pilates studio occupying around 1,955 square feet; and Glowbar – a facial membership studio taking up about 1,104 square feet. All four deals were brokered by Adam Joly and Rachel Cohen from Igloo on behalf of ownership.
Jasper is situated on Fifth Street between Fiftieth and Forty-Ninth Avenues as part of a joint venture between The Domain Companies , LMXD , VOREA Group ,and Bridge Investment Group . Discussions are ongoing with potential retailers to fill the remaining retail space at this $370 million project.
