Located just off the Sam Rayburn Tollway and next to Crown Centre I (which was delivered in 2020 and currently stands at 89% leased), Crown Centre II will be part of a larger development that includes up to 2,000 multi-family units; 3 million square feet of office space; 500 hotel rooms; 140,000 square feet for other nonresidential commercial uses such as retail. The land encompassing Crown Centre is the last remaining undeveloped land within Castle Hills community. Bank7 and Sterling Private Capital LLC are primarily funding this project.
