Bridge33 recently acquired a large open-air shopping center in Denver for $98.1 million. The Centennial Promenade, spanning 826,502 square feet and situated on approximately 45 acres near I-25 at East County Line and Chester, is now the fourth property owned by Bridge33 in Colorado. In total, the company holds properties in 23 states.
The majority of Centennial Promenade is currently leased to various tenants such as Total Wine & More, Michaels, Petco and Golf Galaxy. Additionally,the state’s only Ikea store is located nearby.
Although the seller remains undisclosed, leasing information for the center can be found on Denver-based Koelbel’s website. Previously owned by Ohio-based SITE Centers Corp., this acquisition marks Bridge33’s continued growth in Colorado.
According to reports from the Denver Business Journal , Centennial Promenade ranks as one of the top fifteen largest shopping centers in the greater Denver area.
