Bridge Industrial has acquired a 13-acre site located at 7730 South 202nd Street in Kent, Washington, which will be the future home of Bridge Point Kent 180. The new space will be a 180,000-square-foot Class A industrial facility. Taylor Hoff and Thad Mallory from Newmark represented the private seller in the transaction and have been appointed as Bridge’s leasing agents for this project.
The site was previously occupied by an aluminum smelting plant requiring significant environmental remediation; thus demolition of current structure is necessary before commencing extensive cleanup across the entire area. Groundbreaking on Bridge Point Kent 180 is planned for Q1 2024 with expected delivery by Q1 2025.
