Bridge Industrial Acquires Class-A Industrial Property in New Jersey

Bridge Industrial, a private vertically integrated real estate operating company and investment manager, has acquired 230 Belmont Drive – a newly constructed 152,175-square-foot Class A industrial property located in Somerset, New Jersey. Upon acquisition the space was move-in ready with fully built out office space and bathrooms. Additionally Bridge secured a tenant – a large packaging company – which will begin occupying the space immediately. Charles Fern of Cushman Wakefield represented the tenant in this lease transaction.

In 2021 alone Bridge has acquired over 2.4 million square feet of Class A industrial properties across markets nationwide including its first value add strategy purchase – Pompano Beach Commerce Park; an industrial campus consisting of three buildings covering 336,852 square feet in Pompano Beach Florida completed December 2021 .  This latest acquisition marks yet another milestone for Bridge Industrial as it continues to expand its portfolio throughout various markets across North America
