Nonprofit BRIDGE Housing and public- and private-sector partners celebrated the completion of Waterleaf, providing 178 new, affordable apartments in the South Waterfront area of Portland, OR. This is the second and final phase of BRIDGE’s River Place Parcel 3 development.
Portland Commissioner Carmen Rubio stated “We are delivering on our commitments to voters by meeting or exceeding goals for all voter-approved housing bonds. This project demonstrates what community transformation can look like with proper alignment of resources and partnerships – offering amenities that should be available to Portlanders regardless their income level.”

This accomplishment marks a milestone in creating more accessible housing options in one of Oregon’s most populated cities while also providing much needed support to its citizens who need it most!
