“Brickell Hotel Blueprint: Developer Duo’s 43-Story Plan”

"Brickell Hotel Blueprint: Developer Duo's 43-Story Plan"

North Development, a joint venture between Oak Capital and Edificia, has submitted plans for a 43-story hotel in the Brickell Financial District of Miami. The proposed project would replace the current .6-acre property, which includes an office building and two apartment buildings with five and eight units respectively.

The House of Wellness will stand at 43 stories tall and offer 823 lodging units along with 339 parking spaces. The first floor will feature a lobby while floors two through nine will be designated for parking. Amenities can be found on the tenth floor, followed by hotel rooms on floors eleven through forty-two. Finally, the top floor will house a pool deck along with additional amenities.

Studio McG Architecture from Miami is responsible for designing this new development.

This isn’t North Development’s only project in Brickell as they also have plans to build Domus Brickell Center short-term rental condo consisting of 579 units that launched sales back in May. Additionally, they are working on another short-term rental condo called Domus Brickell Park featuring 172 units that broke ground earlier this year.
