RE Development Solutions has officially begun construction on two new buildings in Randall Square, a bustling retail and office complex located in North Aurora, Illinois. This development is situated on 15 acres of prime real estate along the highly sought-after Randall Road corridor, surrounded by various residential and retail developments.
One of the buildings will span 7,800 square feet and feature a prominent anchor tenant – Dunkin Donuts. In addition to this popular franchise, there will be four other units available for lease to potential retailers or restaurants.
On an adjacent lot within the same development site, RE Development Solutions is also constructing a spec space spanning over 8,000 square feet. This versatile space can be divided into smaller units and utilized as general office space or even medical/dental offices or labs. JBS Commercial Real Estate has been tasked with leasing out this property.
The design for these new Retail and Office buildings was created by RACER/MRSA while The Way Maker Group handles construction duties. Both projects are expected to reach completion by early 2024.
