RE Development Solutions has commenced construction on two buildings in Randall Square, an upcoming retail and office complex situated in North Aurora, Illinois. This development is spread across 15 acres of land along the bustling Randall Road corridor, with various residential and retail developments in close proximity.
The first building will span over 7,800 square feet and will feature a prominent anchor tenant – Dunkin Donuts. Additionally, it offers four other units for potential retailers or restaurants to occupy.
Alongside this retail building is a spec space being built on the adjacent lot by The Way Maker Group. Spanning over 8,000 square feet of divisible area suitable for general office use or medical facilities such as dental offices or labs. These flexible units are currently available for lease through JBS Commercial Real Estate.
