"Breaking Ground: FSC's New Project at 919 W. Fulton Street in Chicago"

Fulton Street Companies (FSC) recently celebrated the groundbreaking of 919 W. Fulton Market, Chicago’s newest office development. This 409,000-square-foot building is the first new office project to commence construction in over a year and is expected to be completed by 2025.

The event was attended by notable figures such as FSC Founder and CEO Alex Najem, Alderman Walter Burnett (27th Ward), Shanna Khan from SNK Capital, Alex Panici from Skender Vice President, and Jim Letchinger from JDL CEO. The project has received financing from Bank of the Ozarks and Manulife with development services provided by FSC and JDL Development. Tenants for this property include Gibsons Restaurant Group and Harrison Street Capital.

Skender will serve as the general contractor while FitzGerald Associates Architects will act as Architect of Record for this project. Morris Adjimi Architects initially designed the property while Thornton Tomasetti provides structural engineering services with Eriksson serving as civil engineer.
