Wood Investments Companies, Inc. has secured the former Tower Records location at 220 S. Brea Blvd in Brea for UFC GYM, with an expected opening slated for the third quarter of 2023. Wood Investments acquired the 30,000-square-foot property in March 2022 and was represented by Jim Manarino and Tracey Zimmerman of Manarino & Associates throughout both acquisitions and lease negotiations.
CEO Patrick Wood expressed his enthusiasm about this venture: “Brea was on our radar as a potential tenant site due to its neighboring retail centers; when we had the opportunity to acquire this building from Tower Records and lease it out to UFC GYM it seemed like a perfect fit.” He continued “We are excited about bringing UFC GYM into this area and look forward to our partnership with them lasting many years.”
