Brazil's Consulate General Signs 10.5-Year Office Lease Agreement

The Federative Republic of Brazil has signed a 10.5-year lease for 16,477 square feet at Decron Partners’ 6222 Wilshire Blvd. in Los Angeles’ Miracle Mile neighborhood to be occupied by the country’s Consulate General in Los Angeles. Kidder Mathews brokers Brian M. Dunne and Don Hudson represented Brazil during negotiations for this notable office lease due to its term and size; research from Kidder Mathews shows that the 10.5-year term is more than double LA County’s average office lease since 2022 (4.25 years) and more than three times its average size (5,070 square feet).

Dunne commented on the successful transaction: “As one of the world’s largest countries, it is no surprise that Brazil’s consulate was highly sought after as a tenant – I have had the pleasure of working with this client since 1994 and am always impressed with their professionalism, patience, and good nature.”
