**Braun Enterprises Acquires 3040 Post Oak Blvd. in Houston’s Galleria Area**
Braun Enterprises has acquired 3040 Post Oak Blvd., a 426,009-square-foot Class A office building located in Houston’s Galleria district. The firm will both own and operate the asset, which was sold by MetLife.
As part of its ownership strategy, Braun plans to implement a series of property-wide renovations. The upgrades will include the development of a modern fitness center, a new coffee bar, and comprehensive enhancements to both the lobby and the building’s exterior. These improvements will be in addition to existing amenities such as 24/7 security, a tenant lounge, and a grab-and-go market.
Braun’s partners intend to lease roughly 75,000 square feet of currently vacant space within the property.
Stream Realty Partners will remain in place to provide both leasing and property management services for 3040 Post Oak Blvd., which also houses the firm’s Houston office. Leasing efforts will continue under the direction of Ryan Barbles, Adam Ross, and Parker Noble.
