Brandywine Realty Trust’s Uptown ATX, a 66-acre master-planned community in Austin, is set to begin its first phase of development. According to the Austin Business Journal, Solaris House will be the first residential project within Uptown and is expected to open in late spring. This 370,839-square-foot multifamily development offers 341 units with a variety of studio, one-, and two-bedroom floor plans.
One of Solaris House’s standout features is its expansive amenity deck spanning over 23,000 square feet and featuring a pool that connects directly to One Uptown office tower. The building also boasts numerous amenities such as a social lounge with private dining room and entertainment options like TVs and billiards; co-working spaces equipped with conference rooms for business meetings; quiet lounges for focused work; an on-site fitness center; concierge services; bicycle storage facilities complete with repair station; as well as pet-friendly amenities including washing stations.
Uptown ATX will ultimately bring online over seven million square feet of mixed-use space including offices, residences retail outlets,and hospitality offerings.
