Facilitated by Rob Gray of Divaris Real Estate, this lease marks an important milestone for The Brand Guild as they expand their operations to Georgetown. This move also highlights the growing appeal of the area as an attractive destination for innovative companies like Levain Bakery,Sweetgreen , SoFi,Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams,Hoffman & Associates,and Brookfield Properties.
