Bradford Allen Hospitality Acquires Two Long Island Hotels

Bradford Allen Hospitality has recently acquired two neighboring hotel properties in Riverhead, New York on Long Island. These include a 131-suite Residence Inn by Marriott and a 114-key Hilton Garden Inn, located at 2012 Old Country Road and 2038 Old Country Road respectively. The newly built Residence Inn offers top-notch amenities such as a round-the-clock fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, as well as whirlpools. On the other hand, the Hilton Garden Inn was constructed in 2008 but is scheduled for renovation under Bradford Allen’s management.

The off-market acquisition of these hotels from a local developer presents an exceptional opportunity for Bradford Allen to expand its hospitality portfolio. Both properties will continue to be managed by New Castle Hotels and Resorts.

According to Aghfar Arun, director of Bradford Allen Hospitality: “The Riverhead hotels provide us with an ideal chance to invest in two core brands from the nation’s leading hoteliers within a prime location with high population density.” He further adds that they are committed to seeking out similar institutional-quality assets situated in popular destinations that cater both leisure and business travelers.

This recent purchase marks another milestone for Bradford Allen Hospitality without mentioning any specific brand names or locations associated with Connect CRE or Connect LA/Texas.
