**Bradford Allen, Moceri+Roszak Top Off 301-Unit Mixed-Use Development in Arlington Heights**
Bradford Allen, in partnership with development firm Moceri+Roszak, has marked a significant milestone with the topping-off of the first phase of Arlington Gateway — a new master-planned community located at the southeast corner of Arlington Heights and Algonquin Roads in Arlington Heights, Illinois.
The first phase of the project features an eight-story mixed-use building housing 301 residential units. The development also includes 26,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Designed by Thomas Roszak Architecture, the building offers a variety of apartment layouts ranging from studios to three-bedroom units. Residents will also have access to 17,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. Clark Construction is serving as the general contractor, and completion is slated for the first quarter of 2026.

The broader 16-acre Arlington Gateway site will also include a 150,000-square-foot medical office complex at 155 E. Algonquin Road — a conversion of the former Daily Herald offices — with potential for up to two additional buildings.
