St. Bourke has appointed Brad Mills as Manager – Land Disposals, to lead the company’s disposal management initiatives for its investment clients. With extensive experience in underwriting, financial modeling and analysis, market research and tracking from his time at Stolz Partners and Rockhaven Homes as Land Acquisition Manager, Mills is well-equipped to make a significant contribution from day one.
Mills holds a B.S in Business Administration from Truett-McConnell College where he graduated magna cum laude while playing baseball on the side. He resides with his wife Amy in Brookhaven where he enjoys attending sporting events, hitting the gym and playing music during his free time.
