BR Companies, a development and construction firm based in California, has announced plans to construct a new 25-story residential high-rise on Grand Boulevard in downtown Kansas City.
The project, estimated at $250 million, will feature a mixed-use branded tower that will bring temporary and permanent jobs to the area while also attracting visitors each year. The upscale tower will be situated at the southwest corner of Eighth Street and Grand Boulevard and is expected to include over 300 residential units as well as 24,000 square feet of retail space.

The team behind this ambitious project includes Aristocrat Realty for real estate services; Hoefer Welker as Architect of Record; along with Clarkson & JE Dunn serving as general contractors.
