Lincoln Property Company, Cresa Boston, and BPGbio, Inc. have announced the lease of 70,000 square feet at 300 Third Avenue in Waltham, MA by BPGbio. The AI-powered biopharma company plans to relocate its headquarters from Framingham and expand into two full floors by June 2025.
The new facility will serve as a hub for their biobank operations and support drug development initiatives as well as partnerships with industry leaders in pharma, academia and government sectors. With LEED Gold certification and amenities such as a roof deck and fitness center available at the purpose-built life science building of 300 Third Avenue is an ideal location for BPGbio’s growth plans.
According to Niven R. Narain Ph.D., CEO of BPGbio “Our state-of-the-art facility will also house our extensive biobank with over 100K samples which forms the foundation of our unique biology-first approach powered by AI technology that drives successful drug development collaborations.”
