Lincoln Property Company, Cresa Boston, and BPGbio, Inc. have announced the lease of 70,000 square feet at 300 Third Avenue in Waltham, MA. The AI-powered biopharma company plans to relocate its headquarters from Framingham and expand into two full floors by June 2025.
The new facility will serve as their headquarters and house their biobank for drug development and partnerships. Located in a purpose-built life science building with LEED Gold certification, the site offers amenities such as a roof deck and fitness center. “Our new facility will also be home to our extensive biobank of over 100,000 samples which forms the foundation of our unique biology-first approach powered by AI technology,” stated Niven R. Narain Ph.D., CEO of BPGbio.
Representing ownership were Lincoln’s Tim Latham , Christopher Scott ,and Chris Devaux while Cresa Boston’s Paul Delaney , Adam Subber,and Nate Heilbron represented BPGbio.The company joins Biocytogen at this location.
