**Boyle Investment Co. Acquires 3000 Meridian Building for $19.5 Million**
Boyle Investment Co. has acquired the 3000 Meridian Building in the Meridian Cool Springs development for $19.5 million. The purchase consolidates Boyle’s ownership in the expansive campus, which is currently the focus of a multimillion-dollar renovation effort.
The 100,000-square-foot office property, formerly known as the PICA building, was developed by Boyle in 2009 for the Podiatry Insurance Company of America (PICA) to both own and occupy. In 2009, ProAssurance acquired PICA, and the company subsequently relocated operations to Birmingham, Alabama. This shift in operations ultimately led to the sale of the building back to Boyle.
Meridian Cool Springs spans 60 acres and is home to 70,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, three hotels, and a growing collection of office buildings. Boyle, the original developer, is currently investing more than $20 million in upgrades throughout the development.
This purchase follows Boyle’s $48.57 million acquisition of The McEwen Building in Cool Springs last year, located near its other major development ventures in the area.
The acquisition further strengthens Boyle’s footprint in the Cool Springs submarket, positioning the firm to capitalize on ongoing growth in mixed-use and office space demand in the region.
