Seamless Capital is proud to announce the upcoming completion of the first phase of its mixed-use development, The Bouldin, located on Lamar. According to a report from the Austin Business Journal, residents can expect apartments to be available by late this year while construction for the office space shell is set to finish in just a few weeks. Endeavor Real Estate Group has been selected as Seamless Capital’s representative for leasing agreements.
Construction for the Life Time gym is scheduled to begin later this year with an estimated completion date in mid-2025. Additionally, The Bouldin will also include popular establishments such as Postino WineCafe and Paperboy restaurant.
