Seamless Capital is set to unveil the initial phase of its mixed-use development, The Bouldin, located on Lamar. This project will consist of two buildings and feature a Life Time gym, 309 residential rental units, and 75,000 square feet of office space. Spanning four acres across blocks 1300 and 1400 on South Lamar.
According to the Austin Business Journal’s report, the apartments are scheduled to open by the end of this year while construction for the office space shell is expected to be completed in a few weeks. Endeavor Real Estate Group has been chosen as Seamless Capital’s representative for leasing agreements.
The Life Time gym is planned for construction later this year with an estimated completion date in mid-2025. The development will also include Postino WineCafe and Paperboy restaurant.
