Marking a milestone in the development of Boston’s life science sector, Lendlease and Ivanhoé Cambridge have topped out the structural steel framing of FORUM – a $545 million, nine-story, 350,000-square-foot building. Located at 60 Guest St. in Boston Landing and set for completion in 2024, this marks the first life science partnership between these two companies.
Featuring flexible 50k square foot floorplates designed to accommodate multiple or single floor tenants with laboratory and office space; public amenities such as community living room café art gallery are also included within its design plans. This project is sure to be an impressive addition to Boston’s landscape when completed!
