Recent analysis from CoworkingCafe reveals that coworking spaces are a more cost-effective option than traditional office leasing in 96% of the cities studied. In 17 major U.S. cities, it was found that coworking subscriptions were priced at less than 50% of the cost of office leases, with Northeastern region demonstrating particularly impressive savings potential; Boston and New York City ranking third and fifth respectively in terms of nationwide trends.

In Boston, for example, coworkers can expect to save over $72,000 annually on average when compared to traditional office leases – a 58% markdown translating into significant financial benefits for teams up to 10 people strong. Similarly impressive results were seen in New York City where an annual saving rate of 57%, or $80k per year under similar conditions was observed..
