The company is investing $72.6 million to enlarge its headquarters office at 15201 Blue Mound Road and to construct a new distribution center nearby. Combined, the expansion projects are expected to generate more than 250 new jobs.

According to the Dallas Business Journal, Ariat could receive financial incentives from the city if it meets specific investment and development milestones. These include spending at least $6.9 million on the first phase of construction and $19.9 million on the second phase by the end of 2027.

Additionally, the company is required to invest at least $2 million in equipment during the first phase and $43.8 million during the second phase by 2028. In terms of job creation, Ariat must maintain a workforce of at least 100 full-time employees with an average salary of $95,000 by 2030, and increase that to 150 employees with an average salary of $70,000 by 2032.
