"Bonney Lake Industrial Campus Sells for $41M"

The Cascade Building, a 10.33-acre industrial park located in the Eastown Jobs Center, has been sold by Cascade RCL, LLC for $41 million. The buyer is Walter E. Nelson Co., a Portland-based supplier and manufacturer of facility cleaning supplies.

Represented by Kidder Mathews Executive Vice President Matt McLennan, SIOR, CCIM and Executive Vice President Kraig Heeter, SIOR , this unique Class A industrial tilt-up building offers modern amenities in a campus-like setting at its location on 9713 233rd Avenue East in Bonney Lake.

This sale marks the largest property transaction in both Bonney Lake and Pierce County over the past year. Built by Peak Design – formerly a tenant at this warehouse site – The Cascade Building boasts an impressive size of 184,000 square feet.

Currently focused on their newest project Peak 410 , which will feature up to seven buildings with nearly one million square feet of additional industrial space available for development purposes; it’s clear that Peak Design is making significant strides within this market segment.

According to Kidder Mathews’ own Executive Vice President Matt McLennan: “It’s rare to see such an owner/user sale occur for such a large building like this one; especially given today’s current market conditions.”
