**Bonner Carrington Sells 12 Texas Rental Properties to Dominium**
Bonner Carrington and Dominium have announced the completion of a major real estate transaction involving the sale of 12 multifamily, mixed-income, and affordable housing properties located across the Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston metro areas. In this deal, Bonner Carrington served as the seller, with Dominium acting as the buyer. The two companies share a longstanding professional relationship spanning decades.
Dominium brings over 50 years of expertise in both affordable and market-rate housing. The company currently operates more than 40,000 apartment homes across more than 215 properties throughout nearly half of the United States.
Bonner Carrington, with more than 35 years in the multifamily housing sector, manages 28 properties that provide homes to over 12,000 residents throughout Texas. The company is set to expand its portfolio with the development and construction of seven new properties opening in Texas in 2025.
The 12 properties sold in this transaction operate under Bonner Carrington’s established mixed-income brands—Mariposa Apartment Homes, designed for active adult living, and Cypress Creek Apartment Homes, catering to general residential needs.
