Bonaventure, a leading alternative asset manager specializing in innovative lifestyle multifamily communities in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern regions, has named Andy Marshall as its new Senior Vice President and Head of Capital Markets. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Marshall brings over 23 years of financial services experience to his role at Bonaventure. In this position, he will play a vital role in the company’s capital raising efforts while also providing support for marketing initiatives, investor relations strategies and new product development.
Marshall joins Bonaventure from Peachtree PC Investors LLC where he held the positions of President and Chief Compliance Officer. During this time he worked closely with the team at Bonaventure as their managing broker-dealer. Prior to joining Peachtree PC Investors LLC., Marshall held various fundraising roles including National Product Manager, National Sales Director and External Wholesaler at firms such as Strategic Capital Realty Capital WP Careyand Inland Securities Group.
