BOMA New York is proud to announce the appointment of Patrick J. Dolan, RPA, as its new Chair. With extensive experience as a senior property manager at The Durst Organization, Dolan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role.
Joining him on the executive team are Sharon Hart Fanelli, RPA, CPM of New York Life Investors as Vice Chair; Bridget Cunningham from Vornado Realty Trust as Treasurer; and Eduardo Fiallo from Hines serving as Secretary.
As a Marine Corps veteran with over 20 years in the commercial real estate industry and six years serving on BOMA New York’s board of officers, Dolan is well-equipped to lead the organization in its mission of networking, education,and advocacy. Under his guidance,BOMA New York will focus on important market trends suchas proptech advancements,demands for decarbonization,and life safety issues.
