Bolour Secures Entitlements for East Hollywood Apartments

Bolour Associates Inc., a company specializing in real estate investment, development, and finance, has successfully obtained entitlements to construct a seven-story rental apartment building in the Melrose Hill neighborhood of East Hollywood. The property is located at 4800 W. Melrose Ave. in Los Angeles and will consist of 61 studio and one-bedroom units as well as ground-level retail space.

The building will feature five stories of apartments above two levels of above-ground parking and one level below-ground parking. Amenities planned for the project include a gym, common area courtyard, and rooftop deck with seating areas and barbeques.

Situated near the U.S. 101/Hollywood Freeway with close proximity to Paramount Studios as well as various dining, entertainment, and arts options within the Hollywood Studio District area.

According to CEO Mark Bolour: “Melrose Hill is an emerging neighborhood in Los Angeles that continues to grow in popularity due to its expanding dining options along with increasing employment opportunities.” He also expressed excitement about contributing towards this momentum by adding value through their new project.
