CBRE’s Boise office has recently welcomed three new members to their team. Kurt Gregg has joined as a vice president, while Yhindi Struthers and Casey Collins have both joined as associates.
Gregg brings with him extensive experience in the real estate industry, having previously worked at A10 Capital where he served as managing director. In this role, he was responsible for sourcing and underwriting non-recourse bridge and permanent debt for various types of properties across the country. He also specialized in working with a diverse range of investors from local to multi-national institutional borrowers. At CBRE, Gregg will be partnering with Tim Reid and focusing on investment sales throughout Idaho.
Struthers will also be joining Tim Reid’s team at CBRE, specializing in private capital investment sales across Idaho. She comes from Mavdon Investments where she held the position of sales director for commercial/multifamily investments. Collins will be working alongside Matt Naumann and Tori Agee on multifamily and land investment sales throughout Idaho after previously working at Mountain Realty where he gained expertise in residential/commercial real estate as well as software development.
Overall, these three producers bring valuable skills and experience to CBRE’s Boise office which will further strengthen their presence within the market.
