Boise Suburb Gets PGA Tour Superstore to Backfill Grocery Space

Wood Investments Companies, Inc., a retail real estate specialist, recently held the grand opening of a 42,212-square-foot PGA Tour Superstore at Gateway Marketplace in Meridian, ID. The 135,732-square-foot grocery anchored shopping center was previously occupied by Rosauers grocery store space.

CEO and President Patrick Wood expressed his enthusiasm for the new addition to their shopping center: “We are thrilled that PGA Tour Superstore chose our property as its home – it diversifies not only our shopping center but also the entire trade area.”
Wood Investments purchased Gateway Marketplace in November 2021 when it was 40% leased; since then they have signed more than 80K square feet of new leases. Cushman & Wakefield’s Andrea Nilson and team handled leasing at the property while Stuart Thain from Colliers represented PGA Tour Superstore.
