Boise, ID – A groundbreaking ceremony was held for the new recreation and amenity center at Dry Creek Ranch, a massive residential development by luxury homebuilder and developer Boise Hunter Homes. The community center is being built on a five-acre site within Idaho’s largest master-planned community, which will eventually feature 1,815 homes across 1,400 acres.
Designed by architecture firm DAHLIN , the state-of-the-art facility will span nearly 9,000 square feet and include a gym with exercise class areas. Other amenities include an indoor playroom visible from the workout area through glass walls, a commercial-grade kitchen for events and gatherings,a style lounge,and multiple group gathering spaces.
The highlight of the community center will be its expansive pool area featuring both adult and children’s pools surrounded by outdoor grills,gas firepits,and sunbathing areas. This milestone marks another step forward in bringing this highly anticipated project to life in Boise’s thriving real estate market.
