Boggi Milano, a Men's Fashion Brand, Secures Lease in the Plaza District

Newmark Retail has successfully secured a new lease for Boggi Milano, a luxury Italian menswear brand, at 527 Madison Ave in Manhattan’s Plaza District. The lease covers an impressive 8,810 square feet of space and was negotiated by Vice Chairman Jeffrey D. Roseman, Senior Managing Director Caleb Petersen and Director Drew Weiss on behalf of landlord Mitsui Fudosan America.

Roseman commented on the deal saying that the quick turnaround time and high level of interest in the space is indicative of New York City’s thriving retail market. He also expressed excitement about having Boggi Milano as a new addition to the neighborhood.

Boggi Milano is renowned for its upscale contemporary clothing and currently operates over 225 stores across 58 countries worldwide. The brand has signed a long-term lease to occupy both levels (4,506 square feet on ground floor +3,905 square feet on lower level) at this prime corner location previously occupied by Harman Kardon.

This latest development further cements Newmark Retail’s reputation as one of NYC’s top commercial real estate firms specializing in securing premier retail spaces for top brands like Boggi Milano.
