**Boeing Buys Industrial Property Near Everett Factory**

The Boeing Company has acquired a 45-acre property near Paine Field Airport and its Everett factory, concluding the purchase at the end of 2025. The aerospace giant had been the sole tenant at the site, located at 6001 36th Ave. W., for more than a decade before finalizing the acquisition.

The property spans nearly 320,000 square feet of office and industrial space. Boeing paid $54 million for the site, according to reporting by the Puget Sound Business Journal. The deal was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield, with Pat Mutzel, Nico Napolitano, and Jeffrey Cole representing the sellers—Arka Properties Group and Black Equities Group.

This purchase underscores ongoing activity in the region’s aviation-centered commercial real estate market. In a related development, Alaska Air Group recently opened a massive 660,000-square-foot Global Training Center in Renton, Washington. The company invested over $200 million in the facility, which will serve as a consolidated training hub for Alaska and Hawaiian Airlines frontline employees.

These transactions highlight the continued growth and investment in Washington state’s aviation infrastructure and support facilities.
