"Boca Raton BRIC Campus to Undergo Major Mixed-Use Development"

The Boca Raton City Council has given the green light to a transformative development at BRIC, South Florida’s largest single-owner office campus. The project, proposed by CP Group, will feature 1,243 residential units and a variety of amenities including retail space, an entertainment venue and medical offices. Additionally, plans include a 140-bed hotel and a grocery store within the 123-acre site.

After more than five years of effort from CP Group in collaboration with Rialto, DRA Advisors and Las Olas Capital Advisors – co-owners of BRIC – the City Council recently approved new zoning for the property. This marks an exciting milestone for Boca Raton as it prepares to welcome this major mixed-use project at BRIC.
