Boca Raton BRIC Campus: Major Mixed-Use Project in the Works

The Boca Raton City Council has given the green light for a major mixed-use project at BRIC, South Florida’s largest single-owner office campus. The development, spearheaded by CP Group, will encompass 1.7 million square feet on 123 acres and feature residential units, retail space, medical offices and a hotel.

CP Group successfully obtained zoning approval after five years of effort to transform the underutilized parking lot into a bustling hub of activity. The new zoning allows for the construction of 1,243 residential units along with 125,000 square feet of retail space including a grocery store spanning over 40
